Resolved [e.1.5.5] Most lords dismounted?

Summary: I've seen this in my recent play through of the game, most of the lords I saw going around the map had no horses (Vlandia, Battania, Empre are the main ones I saw) - thought it was very strange and never seen it before.

How to Reproduce: Not too sure tbh, I saw it mainly close to the start of the play-through. Perhaps with the big battles at the start many horses get killed? Maybe the lords are selling them off if they're in need of coin? Perhaps they're bartering them off? Just a few ideas of what it could be.

NOTE: I am using a couple of small mods, but couldn't see how this could affect it at all, although I'll leave them below for clarity.
