Does owning an enterprise put what you make into the marketplace?

If you own a productive enterprise that, let's say, turns grain into bread, does it put the bread that is made into the marketplace?

From what I  understand, yes it does. Your factory/whatever sells it to the market, which in turn resells it. This is why with some enterprises you don't make much money off of selling it in that are if there is already high suppy of that good; your profit is subject to the market price for that town because you sell to the market there.
