It's been a long time and I see now news accept art work, So are you working on it or what my friend?

New artworks are provided by supporters of the mod, not by the developers themselves. The best you can expect is a patch for the current version, although when (or even "whether") it will be released is unknown. The only active developer is Somebody, and a completely new version is simply too much for one person only. 'sides, Chapter 4 was sent into hybernation more than a year ago.
