[Crash] While trying to execute the enemy lords

I've captured 10 enemy lords. I'm trying to execute them all.
But during I'm executing the fourth or fitfth, the game crashes.
It happened everytime I tried. I've sent the crash reports but I'm wondering is there anyone else experiencing similar thing.

In my case in v 1.0.7 I could execute lords, but afte v1.0.8 where TW "fixed" executting, it stopped working.

In beta? Maybe the game wants to make you a merciful man.
