Resolved Crash after gifting a prisoner

Summary: Decided to gift a prisoner for favour with the Khuzaits. First time trying to make a "gift" (like the button) and not an offer.
The prisoner was in my fief - Baltakhand, not in my party. I am guessing that Karakhuzait mercenary took him prisoner and dropped it in my town. They "work" for me.
I am not in war with anybody at the moment.
How to Reproduce: Try to gift a prisoner of the same family / clan without asking for anything in return.
Quest/Settlement Name (if related): On map traverse, random encounter

Version: 1.2.1
Installed community-made modifications: In regard with this - Diplomacy Fixes and Prevent Escape. Tell me if you want a full list.

OS: Win 8.1 Pro
GPU: Palit 1070
CPU: i5 4670
RAM: Corsair 16GB DDR3
Motherboard: Asus P5KC
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): Intel SSDSC2BW240A4 (530 Series, 240 GB)

Will try to replicate later.

The same crash happens if I try to gift "Release Oragur" or to offer him for 1 denar to Khada or anyone else in fact.
Guess it's a barter bug.
