In Progress Characters voices reset bug

Summary: After playing for hundreds of hours, all the companions and clan members have the default voice 1, including my previous saves and new games and it happens with mods and without any mod. I am unable to alter them and they keep defaulting to voice 1 when they join you. and I even checked the steam game files' integrity. I only learned that it is a known bug from 2020 from the internet and still not fixed yet. I'm trying to uninstall and reinstall the game now. I tried new save, I tried everything and nothing is fixing it. Game version 1.1.2 and 1.1.1 same thing

How to Reproduce: When ever I try to change my characters voice, it doesn't change anything and opening the customisation menu shows that the voice option has reset to option 1

I forgot to mention it only started since 1-2 days ago and it was fine before then. I haven't changed anything in between.
