SP - General Captain of the guard, new rol

Castles like cities should have a new role, captain of the guard just as there is an administrator role, this can be a soldier from our party or one of our companions. It would give a extra security to the castle/city and would be the last defender of it. Must be better paid than the normal guard and cannot be occupied by basic units.
In addition, kings and clan chiefs should have an escort or royal guard when they are in a castle or city in case of attack on the city/castle they will be the last defense.
