Resolved cannot load: Taleworlds.platfromservice.steam.dll

Summary:

if it means anything this was in my clipboard after i send the dump file 2021-06-25_18.04.01_3f05086ea615af0ece8c46351a711363.
Updated my drivers,win10 turned off anitvir, installed all that vc redist and other files and i still cant even enter the game.


the error im getting is "cannot load: Taleworlds.platfromservice.steam.dll" then after that some similar error and then closes the game.

I run verify files 50 times, tried deleting those .dlls that cause errors and nothing helped. Also files are not blocked by win
Tried running as admin and cleared users/mount and blade folder.

How to Reproduce: Just press play on launcher
Have you used cheats and if so which:/
Scene Name (if related):first loading pic
Media (Screenshots & Video): can't upload on a new account
Computer Specs:
OS: win 10
GPU: 5700xt
GPU Driver Version: newest
CPU: r7 3700x
RAM: 32gb
Motherboard: can't remeber
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): ssd 1 tb

Reinstalling the game for the second time fixed it for me.
