Cannot find faceplate when equiping my order

I have found the order of the Iron wall and I would like to equip my knights by faceplate. However I cannot find any of faceplate helmets. Do I have to unlock it somehow?

Not all items appear on the upgrade lists. In 3.9 they will.

Ask simple questions like this one in QA thread on the top of this board.
