One concern I had in the early version of the game was "If I kill people and make everyone hate me, how will I get married". Of course you can get married then kill people, but it turns out it's not even much of an issue.

After tracking down a man with heavy armor I was happy to find although significant, the bride price was still very lucrative since his gear will be worth at least 3x that much, and may not even be available in shops ATM and I will be getting barred from most shops at some point soon for killing everyone.

I checked a few and around 200K or less seems the going price for a marriage with a clan that hates you.

So you can be hated by a clan but still marry into them as long as you have money. Sounds like real life...

Medieval, but accurate.

What would be nice, is if peace could be offered for a marriage. It was after all, how most medieval peace treaties were signed off.
