Unresolved campain map suttering and flashing mouse

recently started playing again because i find the game relaxing but after like 15-20 mins the game drops fps hard while rotating the camera in the map and my cursor is constantly flickering i have the newest nvida drivers and i'm running,

cpu: i7-4790k 4.3ghz (base 4ghz)
ram: 32gb
gpu: 2x gtx 970 oc sli

any help or ideas or tips may help
