Campaign map ridiculously dark

I'm playing L'Aigle, the mod is absolutely beautiful. One of the best looking out there, I sometimes just look at my character witht he new stance and just feel awesome as my troops rain hell on the enemy.

Heres the thing, when I'm on the map traveling around, it's very dark, even during the day it's dark tot eh point where the French blue is hard to see. When it becomes night, I can't see ANYTHING. It's just pitch black. It only becomes a normal light level when it becomes morning, then it slowly goes back to the darkness. Anyone know how I can fix it or what's up?

Also, anyone else have it rain inside the palaces?

Turn HDR mode off. I made it so I use HDR mode and see perfectly at night.

What's your gamma set to?

I had the same problem but I checked Auto-exposure option and the map became normal.
