Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, DirectX Error

Google direct X. Click the microsoft download link. Download installer. Uninstall, reinstall.

If I click one of the three links down in the corner it gives me a list of a whole bunch of downloads, I'm not sure which one to take.

PS: Everytime I change the video settings and apply, this happens.
