Buggy bug

Don't know if this has been covered before but I'm the false Tzar of Muscovite Tzardom, th Polish Commonwealth is at war with me but they just ignore me. They attack my warlords but I can't attack them, I can't attack fortresses that they take off me and meanwhile my lords are going over to the rebels one by one. Time to send the game to the bin....
