Resolved Bug: Amnon of Marathea Land Owner Wants Manual Labors (No option to give prisoners)

Started quest above, went and got looters, talk to Amnon, see list of troops, there is no list of prisoners (simply gone), back at town list exists, no list again at Amnon. Quest is no possible.

Reload from earlier causes prisoner section to appear, but you can't move prisoners over (the arrows are not there), but you can use the "force all" over.
