Need More Info Blue Screen of Death on Multiplayer Menu

I was customizing my character then I set the graphics to very low, after that, I changed resolution a couple of times and started having the "Login Failed" bug... couldn't click anything though the game was still running fine on the background. Suddenly my screen went blue.
