Sometimes the blood sprays in the direction the hit came from, sometimes it goes in the samg direction as the swing.

The direction of the emitted particles is determined by the last relative position of the object doing the hitting
Like such:
-Towards/away from the object that is hitting
-Left/Right of object that is hitting
-Up/Down of the object that is hitting
There are some variables that randomize a few particle properties to make it more natural.
