Resolved Black screen with cursor and music in background after starting the game

Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 Ti
GPU Driver Version: idk but it is the newest
CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400F 2.50 GHz
RAM: 32 gb
Motherboard: idk but it is the newest
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): idk idk but it is the newest

When I'm trying to start the game, the loading screen appears for a while (about 5 seconds) then the screen turns black and only the cursor is visible. I can hear the intro and music from the main menu but everything is black
Here's what I did:
1.Completely deleted the game without leaving a single mention of it on the computer and installed the game again
2.Performed a file integrity check
3.I wrote scannow on the command line
4.Updated software
5.Updated drivers
6.Checked the game in compatibility mode
7.Disabled full screen optimization
8.Turn off shader caching
9.Deleted Shaders and Configs folders
10.Started the game without launcher by using the special command in cmd

None of this helped.

The problem is gone. I just switched from main version of the game to 1.9.0 beta. ( I wanted to check. Game works with 1.9.0, then I switched again to main version of tha game and it still works!
