Need More Info Black Screen and Freezes When Leaving Combat

Summary: When playing SP and leaving the combat loot screen, the game screen goes completely black and freezes, except for the HUD and the PAUSED in the bottom middle of the screen. The HUD cannot be interacted with at the time of the black screen and hovering over anything does not bring up information like normally. Upon waiting 10 seconds, the screen goes back to the world map and the game continues like normal. The transition between the end of combat to the prisoner and loot screen, there are no issues. There are only issues leaving the loot and prisoner menu to the world map.
How to Reproduce: Play SP and exit the looting screen to continue to the world map.
