Resolved Beta 1.2.0 no food consumption with a party of 452 men

Summary: after updating the game to the beta 1.2.0, with a party of 450 men there's no food consumption, i think the perk "Promises" (roguery) is bugged, +47.1 is way to much as you can see in the picture below , i have around 80 bandit units in my party and the steward skill maxed out.
How to Reproduce: the bug just happened when i updated to beta 1.2.0.
Have you used cheats and if so which: yes

campaign.toggle_information_restrictions

Was about to post this as well, Promises perk lowers my food consumption to zero, cool bug just saying haha, makes me feel like the bandits are stealing from the countryside. I digress. In my case, 46 bandits, 409 party, 0 food consumption
