Being Recognised as King

Hi All

In my latest game I have my own Kingdom... And after many months of hard work its now by far the largest Kingdom in the game (I own: Praven, Suno, Uxhal, Veluca, Jalka, Valen, Dirhim, Halmar, Tihir, Sargoth and Ravaydin as well as all the castles that go with them e.g the close ones)

I wouldnt say Im the most powerful since power in this game is mainly how many vassels you have, I have 16 by last count but the other nations still have quite a few... Ive killed off the Swadians and the Roddocks... The Nords are down to two towns (Curcaw and Wagtek) The Vageirs are down to just the northern coastal town starting with R lol... The Sultanate is basically the same, and The Kharanate is the same minus Halmar (which I own) but plus Khudan...

Anyway... I have 99 Right to Rule... I have good relations with the Kharanate and the Sultanate... But no matter what I still get the "The King merely mentions you by name ommitting any title, this is not a recognition of your right to rule" when I sent goodwill messengers to the other Kingdoms...

So my question is this... What the hell does it take to get recognised??? I am easily the powerhouse in the whole land... My personal army is over 4000 top two tiers not including my vassels (Although i can only take about 150 with me at a time lol)

I have read other threads where people have been recognised and they have much smaller and weaker kingdoms...

Make sure that you're at war with at least one of the enemies of the kingdom you're trying to be recognised by, or else the chance to be recognised successfully is close to nothing.

I just found out that it doesnt do anything anyway (I already have 99 rtr) so meh lol. Seems a bit of a pointless feature... They should tie it in with wars/aggression I think.

I had 40 relations with the king, 99 RtR, 12 Lords, a large kingdom, 2k Renown, 90 with the kingdoms relation... Still he wouldn't recognized me as a ruler. I guess i should try to provoke war against his enemies.

I know its an old thread. Just provide some details that I cannot find on the internet.
To be recognized as a king, the condition is:
1. You are not occupying any castle that the faction wants (If you want to get recognized by King Graveth, you must not occupy any castle that Graveth wants)
2. You and the faction are not in war and have the same enemy (If you want to get recognized by King Graveth and you only rule a castle in far northern area of Vaegirs, you may declare war to any Roddocks' enemy and send a guy to King Graveth. You will then get recognized.)
