For each week the fixture, map, factions and deadlines are shown. Each match must be played before the associated deadline. Failure to play the match before the deadline risks a default loss.

Please note:

• Team captains are reminded that they are responsible for obtaining and posting screenshots of the results of every set of all their matches.
• Tournament time is officially GMT/BST for all official posts.

unfontanly KWG is defaulting the last match with High Five Second team

Although we agree and posted to play at 5pm GMT +1, High Five were not ready. We waited for about 90 minutes for them to get all their players. After 1 set our 6th player dropped and could not return. it took several minutes for us to find a replacement, during that time i said to High Five that I didnt think we could get one and conceded the match. However within 3 minutes we did get a replacement and i let Ratman know on steam but got no response for 10 minutes then he took the default win.

So the game was scheduled for 16:00 GMT and at that time KW G was ready to play and you waited 90 minutes for HVS?
You then played 90 minutes after the initially set time, where HVS was then ready, but the delay caused one of your people to drop out and your replacement returned within less than 10 minutes, but HVS did not respond.
Excuse me, how is this a default for HVS? Did I misinterpret your summary in some way? Also, I admire your patience and no serious team will claim the default the rules allow after 10 minutes, but waiting for 90 minutes post the initially agreed upon time? Half matches don't take that long, so would not technically KWG be eligible for a default in this case?

The matches are not written on GMT + 1, but on GMT +0,right? We told our own players to be ready at this hour, probably thinking it as 17GMT + 0. If it is spoken as 17GMT + 1, there is probably a misunderstanding. We don't ask anyone to wait for us for 90 minutes. You could get a comfortable default by forwarding this situation to the admins. There is no point in accepting to play and then crying here.
