BattleTech [Gauging Interest for games/campaign]

So last week I played my first few games of Battletech with an equally clueless friend using MegaMek. I'm a complete newbie, but I figure you lot will have at least a few players among you. Anyone play?

I'd be. interested in working out some form of campaign or just random battles if there are enough volunteers.

I've played a bit, though only dabbled with MegaMek some years ago. I'd be very interested, and might know a few non-TW peeps that might be up for it. Only I'll be without computer access for two weeks (not in one go though) in July, which would be a bit of a problem. I'll have my phone and a tablet though, and hopefully working Internet, so I should be able to be in contact if not play.

I've played few times in the distant past, and tried MegaMek once. Be warned though, the rules take a little effort to learn, and the games take quite a bit of patience and perseverance.
