Banner Option 1.3 not implemented any more?

Hey Guys,

Is the Option of copy paste banners out of the Game with 1.3?

Didnt read anything on the changelogs but on steam I was reading it, and wanted to ask if someone knows if and why they removed it (silently)

If so I hope that a modder will fix it.

Well what I wouldn't like is that they change something, and don't got the kindness to write it down in the changelogs. Feels weird when it's not mentioned as if they wanna hide something from you. And that I must say is something personally don't tolerate in private life as when I pay for a product.

It's no big deal to write "for testing purpose if creating a own banner creates bugs or problems we temporarily remove it" - tada. Not that bad isn't it?

But as for now I don't have any real confirmation that it has been removed and can play earliest at Thursday.
