Assistance with activating

I have been playing Warband a lot recently and decided to go back to vanilla in order to plays Solid and Shade. However, when I open the window to launch the game, it prompts me to activate my game (which I have done before, no problem). I put in the activation code from my game case and it accepts and says it's activated, but it immediately pops up again with a window asking me to activate once more. No matter how many times I enter my code, the prompt still appears. Does anyone know how to fix this? Many thanks!

This has been happening to me too. I just sent a message to Technical Support asking for help.

Did they ever fix this? TalesWorlds told me to install the game as an administrator. I told them I already am and asked what to do. They never replied. I just want to tinker with my characters, maybe try out a mod or two.
