Asking for texture using permission

I taken and modified some textures of men and women faces from this mod, and now planning to implement them into the mod AD1257(http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/board,167.0.html). Can I come here to ask for permission?
Of course there will be a credit and acknowledgement for your team.
