Need More Info Army seems to be stuck in the river after won siege

I started the mission "Army of poachers" at Amitatys. Right after I travelled to the village Elipa to do the mission. An army of the Southern Empire besieged Amitatys. When I finished the "Army of poachers" mission I came back to the city that is now under controll of the Southern Empire but strangely the army can't move anymore as it is stuck in the river somehow. In addition it constantly loses men as if they are still fighting although the siege is already won.

Quick update. Army is not stuck anymore after I restart the game but they are still losing men for some reason. Maybe they are out of food??
