App Hang when starting new game

Hello everyone, I just installed this mod and whenever I click start new game it gets to Launching Game then freezes. 
Idk what to do I already set force single threading and load textures on demand
After I end process I get this error:

I think there is a bug in this app because I am getting this error too.
