A Japanese learning tool?

Just curious if the creator(s) actually know Japanese and ever thought of making this a language learning tool as well as a fun mod?  (Not just a language pack for the Japanese to play the game.)  Now when I say learn Japanese, I mean to learn it to today's standards, not as it was in the past.

I wouldn't know if the creator of the mod knows any Japanese I remember him saying he got the idea of the mod when he was watching loads of historical J-dramas

As an addition to other learning materials.  After all you learn best when having the most fun.  I have seen a couple other games, but they are barebones and very limited.

Either way you have two problems:
1. The guy that made the mod is no longer active. So he ain't making anything any more.
2. Even if he was active it is unlikely that he is a qualified language instructor. And you need someone like that to make any sort of learning tool.
