Hello and good day. Thank you for reading the post. As seen in the tittle we are looking for players who are reliable and can take on roles of leadership.
NCO requirements/ Have had experience in the past and can give evidence that they have. Shown in drills and events that they can help or fix people. Be mature. Must be of a average skill level.
Officer requirements/ A high level experience in leading and can give evidence form this. Leading the drill team to victory at least twice, once against a member of round about the same rank, once against a Officer or NCO. Be mature on a high level. Must have a average skill level (Higher skilled players may stand more off a chance.) Beneficial to be a skilled tactical thinker.
Ranker requirements/ be mature in events and drills. Listen to NCO and Officers (even if said person has a high pitch toned voiced
