1 question

first of all. Really nice mod. great work guys.
now.. im doing a Pirate captain. and i noticed when i started the game i had some pirates in my party. sea raiders too. but they died in battle. and i want to recruit some more. i tried several villages but no pirates to recruit. where can i recruit them?
PS: i tried to search in another treads for the answer but couldnt find it. if there was another tread i apologize.

You can't, really. The only way would be to find a party of Sea Raider or Pirate bandits, and attack them with blunt weapons so they get knocked out instead of die, then you can take them prisoner and ask them to join your party.
