Summary: For a good while I have had 3 companions leading parties in an army with me, they have not gained any tactics skill despite their troops killing massive amounts of enemies and their tactics learning rate being above ZERO. Shouldn't they gain it the same way the player does? Or does being in an army make a NPC not gain tactics? How are we supposed to get HIGH TACTICS on EVERYONE just like the NPC lord s start the game with?!
How to Reproduce: Fight battles with hired wanderers as party leaders in an army with you and see if they gain any tactics. I guess ask Developer in charge if this is working correctly, then look at the code to see if it doing what you wanted it to do.
