In Progress [1.5.6] 100 relation with new rebellion faction

If I have my own kingdom, then whenever a rebellion happens there is a chance I immediately gain +100 relation with the new rebellion faction.

I think this is because the rebellion picks random faction leaders to be friends/enemies with, but it probably shouldn't include the player faction when deciding that?

Whenever this happens I gain a huge amount of Charm skill exp which seems unintended.

I uploaded "Sevelar 21.sav", not sure when a rebellion would trigger next, but on that save you can see I have 100 relation with lots of rebel factions and high charm skill.
