So basically when I try to enter in my serial key. It says Incorrect Serial Number (Even though it's exactly the same as the one Steam gave me) , I've tried to contact TW support. But I never got a response, I just wanted to check that email ([email protected]) is still working.

When I try to join a native server. It says Incorrect Serial Number and occasionally it prompts me to enter in my serial key. Afterwards it will then say Incorrect Serial Number. (I bought Mount and Blade Warband off steam). I've checked and my key is exactly the same as the one Steam gave me...
