Incorrect Serial Number

When I try to join a native server. It says Incorrect Serial Number and occasionally it prompts me to enter in my serial key. Afterwards it will then say Incorrect Serial Number. (I bought Mount and Blade Warband off steam). I've checked and my key is exactly the same as the one Steam gave me. Steam may off given me a wrong key because I bought it during the Summer sale but idk I'm not a professional. I'm pretty sure that Steam gave me a wrong key because when I try to activate Mount and Blade Warband that I downloaded off the Taleworlds website it says Incorrect Serial Key.

Can you register your Native key to TW website? You've done that to NW already.

It's been half a week since i contacted them.

It's been a week and they haven't said anything. tbh I think they're too busy working on Bannerlord to do support.
