Errors not being sent

So, I've been playing this game for about 3 hours. It's crashed 5 times and tried to send an error report but each time it says it failed to send.
Both are frustrating. I understand buginess is expected but this is quite sever at the moment.
I really want to help by sending my crash reports. Is there anything I can do to ensure that they are sent?
