I was thinking how nice it would be if we could have a musician companion which we could have in battles while hes playing his bagpipes/drums/duduk depends on the culture and he could give us various very small buffs like morale/sprint/fleeing units return to fight back....

that sound really great and will add to immersion.
I'd like to have a bard in my casttle, or several bards, from different culture.
it is like the boardgame, it is something really nice for immersion
and what about dancing animation ? with middle age dances.

Music, dace, can have an effect on the game with popularity.

I wonder what effect playing boardgame with someone has an effect on the game ?
I would like to have a point on popularity if I wan smo on the game.
And lords could have different level of the game.
