In Progress Crashes on specific actions

-When I go to my inventory and hit cancel/ESC to go back to map.
-After a victory when I am collection loot/prisoner and click "Done"

I was able to reproduce these bugs on multiple attempts, even after verifying integrity of game files. It all started happening after I accepted poaching quest in Orc's Hall.

Oh also I get the error when reporting a crash as well.

Yes I no longer crash.
