Why was Stronghold: Crusader muted?

He did not provide Mr. Crusader with an explanation as to why he was muted for following his instructions to not spam again. Cpt Nemo simply said "you don't know when to stop" in the the message sent to Mr. Crusaders PM's via the warning system. He did not know what this meant. So this is an official request for clarification.

This is not a joke or a wind up or an attempt to cause trouble. He legitimately does not know for what he was muted. He did not violate any rule. Honestly agreeing to follow a warning cannot possibly be construed as spam.
