Does Swyters Cartographer work with 1.011?

I wasn't sure how to edit a map in the vanilla editor, so I looked up some fan-made editors and found this thread:

Someone mentions I should download an older version of Mount & Blade, edit its map, and do a transfer.

Another guy mentioned Swyter's editor to another user who wanted to edit Warband's map, but I was wondering if it works with 1.011 as well?

If that isn't the case please suggest a better editor to use.
