why is my m&b not working properly, please can someone help!!!

I bought m&b 3 days back and its pissing me off now because when i start the game it loads up and plays through the paradox and tale-world cut-seen thing then it stops and goes off then a small tab appears saying "windows is checking for a solution to the problem" then the tab disappears then another one come up saying "a problem has caused the program to working correctly windows will close the program and will notify you if solution is available" please can any 1 help ive just paid £20 for it also

20 pounds? I bought Mount&blade for 10 and Mount&blade 15 lol 

i have the same problem i dont suppose youve found out whats up it happens on the mods too
