Time Zone and Daylight Savings Confusion

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this.

I'm seeing alot of confusion in regards to time zones, daylight savings, and conversions for match scheduling.

I feel that for convenience and accuracy, all official match times should be posted/discussed in GMT.

GMT is used as a standard, and is the most readily used as a rule/comparison of time. Daylight savings time further complicates things, some countries practice it while others do not. Many have daylight savings right now, mine included. For this reason we should post in GMT and make our own conversions for time zone and daylight savings, easily found on the internet.

germany is also gmt+2 now

I like to use this site http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ and check what time a match would be for both teams.
