New deadline date is 18 july,
but for example RUM team will play all matches in time (11july last), and we dont want to wait the whole week, loosing concentration and our focus on victory.

Yes, this should be corrected.
I think the best way to clean this mess is to cancel all their matches from the first set. Because teams that have already played against them got a pretty good advantage against the others. For example Team NA has four wins, but two of them are default. So now they're laughing at the 3rd place only because of they played against AUS and NZ.
The other option is to add withdrawed teams to the second set as well, so they would play all their matches and get default losses.
Now how the table would look like, if the matches of withrawed teams are cancelled.
