3 shot shut down

i have the beta .exe v. and i can fire 3 shots and it shuts down! i cant download 7zip, .rar, or .zip. my winzip doesnt work so i need to know how to stop the 3 shot shut down

.zip files are openable by any windows operativesystem from XP and above, I beleive.
