Running all settings at max, save for AA, which I don't use, since the game is surprisingly heavy as it is.

I maxed it out on my 7900 GTX as well, and it isn't that the game is heavy it's just that Obsidian are crap at optimising their engines. Proven by the fact that The Witcher runs on a modified version of the NWN2 engine whilst looking better and running faster.
