I understand that the walls probably aren't tall enough, but there is a way to get around that. What you do is place the original set of walls, elevate them slightly off the ground. Then place another set of walls directly underneath of the first set. Now with the 2nd set selected, invert the "Z" coordinate. Now all you have to do is line them up. Once they're lined up perfectly you can select both sets of walls and raise them together to get the look of a taller wall without the texture stretching.
This system works, cause I've done many times in all of my castle scenes. If you need further guidance let me know and I'll post a quick video at some point.
