I travelled across the steppe of Khergit Khanate as I took a visit in Halmar I saw a man with a strange headgear.
I talked to him and he asked me for a duel, I accepted without knowing that this duel will changes my fate..
Long story short, I died.  I want his blades.

Yes, now you can only create them once. Before the latest patch you could make it infinitely AFAIK.
