Resolved XP bug with loot?

I get this quite this quite often when i attempt to leave loot behind for XP it warns:

"You're leaving hard earned free loot behind are you sure?"

when I click discard to get xp (yes I have both perks)
At first I thought it was because maybe there were loot item that didn't fit into the category of weapons or armour.
So I tried looting all food and horses separately to get rid of the warning.
But sometimes it happens when there are NONE of those item present or if they have already been removed
What is going on why do I get this warning sometimes?

We were not able to reproduce this issue. Are you still experiencing this issue on the latest version of the game? (1.2.0)
