Need More Info Xbox X save will not load crash

Summary:when trying to load an save game it will crash and sent me back to Xbox home screen

Does this crash always happen on all of your save files or just a particular save file? Do you remember what did you do on that faulted save file before it started to crash? Do you know any information that we could use to reproduce this issue on our end?

No I do.not remember it been almost an month ago it took you all very long time to.get back with me ....... I had to start over and it did it again but was able to load a older save this time so only loss some of it

I’m currently still running into this problem myself. Started after the most recent update to the series X. Still haven’t been able to load any save from my previous campaign
