The prize pool is worthless in the current state of the scene, I'd say a cherry on the top that no one really aims for but is a nice addition. You won't get any more people into the tourney with the prize-pool, that ship has sailed - sadly.

I have to say that I understand Fietta's concerns, but I do not share them. You fight for someone else's money because you believe it's a scam of some sort (even if not a direct one)... Don't, just for the sake of your own mind. I know how frustrating it can be to argue with people about literally anything.
